校企合作背景下高职现代学徒制建设研究

摘　　要：职业教育需主动服务区域经济社会发展,为高质量发展提供人力资源支撑。产教融合、校企合作是培养高素质技术技能型人才的有效途径,是增强职业教育适应性的有力举措。开展现代学徒制能有力促进产教融合,深化校企合作,推进高职教育体系和劳动就业体系互动发展,培养知行合一的高素质技术技能型人才。通过现代学徒制来优化资源配置,汇聚校企双方合力,不断深化产教融合,打造校企命运共同体,校企联合打通技术技能型人才培养和成长通道,更好地服务地方经济社会高质量发展。Vocational education should actively serve regional economic and social development and provide human resources support for high-quality development.The integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents,and a powerful measure to enhance the adaptability of vocational education.The development of modern apprenticeship system can effectively promote the integration of industry and education,deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,promote the interactive development of higher vocational education system and labor employment system,and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who combine knowledge and practice.Through the modern apprenticeship system,we can optimize the allocation of resources,gather the joint efforts of schools and enterprises,constantly deepen the integration of industry and education,create a community of shared future for schools and enterprises,and jointly open up the training and growth channels for technical and skilled talents,so as to better serve the high-quality development of local economy and society.
