摘　　要：在加快推进教育现代化、建设教育强国的背景之下,提升高校体育课程的育人效能具有积极意义。该文在分析形体类课程的高校人才培养支撑价值基础上,以OBE教育理念为引领,从明确教学目标、融合教学内容、创新教学模式、完善教学评价四个方面入手,构建以“身体素质+专项能力”和“形体训练+形象设计”双“1+1”为特色,以“互联网+”平台应用为支撑的形体类课程人才培养体系,能够切实提升学生的身心健康水平和终身体育能力,并培养优雅的身体姿态与气质形象,促进学生自主发展。In the context of accelerating the modernization of education and building a powerful educational country,improving the educational efficiency of physical education curriculum in universities has positive significance.This study analyzed the supporting value of the physique courses in personnel training and established a talent training system for physique courses,which was guided by the OBE education concept,including four aspects:defining teaching objectives,integrating teaching contents,innovating teaching models,and improving teaching evaluation.This training system featuring double"1+1"of"physical quality+special ability"and"physique training+I mage design",and supported by"Internet+"platform application,it can effectively improve students'physical and mental health level and lifelong sports ability,cultivate elegant body posture and temperament image,and promote students'independent development.
