摘　　要：为了更好地提升大学生基层就业创业意愿,助力乡村振兴,文章以新疆职业大学在校生为例,从个人信息、家庭情况、个人就业意愿等方面进行基层就业意愿调查,并分析在校大学生基层就业意愿的影响因素,提出加强政府的基层就业政策导向性、加大高校的基层就业指导力度、完善家庭的基层就业观教育、提升个人的基层服务意识等对策建议,以引导大学生积极投身于基层农村建设。In order to better promote college students􀆳willingness of employment and entrepreneurship at the grass-roots level and help rural revitalization,this paper takes students in Xinjiang Vocational University as an example,conducts a survey of grass-roots employment willingness from the aspects of personal information,family situation and individual employment willingness,and analyzes the in-fluencing factors of grass-roots employment willingness of college students.Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the government’s community-level employment policy orientation,strengthen the community-level employment guidance of colleges and universities,improve the family’s community-level employment concept education,enhance individual community-level service awareness,so as to guide college students to actively participate in the community-level rural construction.
