摘 要:以ChatGPT为代表的新时代人工智能技术相较于传统的教育辅助技术在参数量级上实现飞跃,其在适应能力、内容生成能力、泛化能力、迁移学习能力等方面都取得了显著的进步。这使其在教育领域中表现出更高的性能水平和更广泛的应用潜力。在世界范围内的教育数字化转型趋势影响下,学前教师的教育培训应当采取多种策略,以提高学前教师的数字胜任力,为学前教育数字化转型提供坚实的人才支持,进而为儿童的全面发展和未来的成功奠定基础。借助人工智能技术可以为现代化教师教育体系提供资源、环境和数据支撑,以教师教育体系的现代化推动学前教师现代化,并支撑学前教育现代化。首先,以大语言模型、大数据分析、机器学习等人工智能技术为支撑,建立针对学前教师的教育平台,构建全面、多元化的高质量学前教师培养链和支撑链。为学前教师教育提供高质量的课程资源与实践环境,并提供长周期教师发展画像与成长溯源,以确保培养的学前教师符合国家质量标准。其次,通过人工智能多模态模型技术与检测分析设备能够帮助我们更好地评估学前教师培训的效果,助力解决当前以师范院校为代表的学前教师培养模式普遍存在实践能力培养不足的痛点。最后,针对在教育过程中对幼儿影响显著但传统技术难以评估的过程性质量进行详尽科学的量化评价。针对在人工智能融入教育领域的过程中存在的安全风险及教师适应性不足,乃至人工智能挑战教师地位的风险,应注重对新时代高质量学前教师的数字胜任力培养,提高学前教师在人工智能时代的教育实践能力,并建立科学公正的伦理框架来防范化解算法与数据安全问题。为教育系统管理者与研究者提供研究数据参考和决策支持,为培养高质量学前教师队伍提供更为有效的培训和支持。The advent of a new era of artificial intelligence technologies,exemplified by ChatGPT,has achieved a quantum leap in parameter scale compared to traditional educational support technologies.This development has resulted in significant advancements in areas such as adaptability,content generation capability,generalization ability,and transfer learning ability.Consequently,these technologies exhibit higher performance levels and broader application potential in the field of education.Under the influence of the global trend of educational digitization,the training of pre-school teachers should adopt multiple strategies to improve their digital competence in order to provide solid talent support for the digital transformation of preschool education,thereby laying the foundation for children's holistic development and future success.Artificial intelligence technologies can provide resources,environments and data support for a modern teacher education system,promoting the modernization of preschool teachers through the modernization of the teacher education system and supporting the modernization of preschool education.Firstly,a preschool teacher education platform can be established supported by large language models,big data analysis and machine learning technologies,constructing a comprehensive and diversified high-quality system for the cultivation of preschool teachers.High-quality curricular resources and practical environments should be provided for preschool teacher education,as well as long-term teacher development profiles and growth trajectories,to ensure that the cultivated preschool teachers meet national quality standards.Secondly,artificial intelligence multimodal model technologies and detection analysis devices can help us better evaluate the effectiveness of preschool teacher training,helping to address the pain point of insufficient practical ability cultivation in the current preschool teacher cultivation model represented by normal universities.Finally,a thorough scientific quantitative evaluation
