摘 要:高职产业学院是高职院校与优质实体企业共同创办、独立运转的人才教育培养机构,承担着应用型人才培养的重任。产教融合背景下,推进高职产业学院建设,须从人才培养模式更新和校企合作模式迭代两个维度明晰产业学院建设机理。基于潍坊产业学院建设成效,以应用型人才培养为目标,从校企资源共享、教育管理模式变革、学院专业重构、产学研合作创新等方面探索高职产业学院的建设路径。Higher vocational industrial college is a talent education and training institution jointly established and independently operated by higher vocational colleges and high-quality entity enterprises,which undertakes the important task of cultivating application-oriented talents.Under the background of integration of industry and education,to promote the construction of higher vocational industrial colleges,it is necessary to clarify the construction mechanism of industrial colleges from the two dimensions of talent training model updating and school-enterprise cooperation model iteration.Based on the construction results of Weifang Industrial College,with the goal of cultivating application-oriented talents,explore the construction path of higher vocational industrial college from the aspects of school-enterprise resource sharing,educational management model reform,college professional restructuring,industry-university-research cooperation and innovation.
