“寒头而暖足”考释

摘　　要：“寒头而暖足”最早见于马王堆汉墓出土的帛书《脉法》,文章通过检索中医药古籍中“寒头而暖足”“寒头”和“暖足”的相关资料并加以甄选,结合文字学与历代医家的相关论述分析后发现:古代医家通过体悟天地自然,确立“气”与“脉”在认识人体生理、病理过程中的重要地位,得出“寒头而暖足”的思想,引申出“上病下取”“补虚泻实”的治疗原则。此外,“寒头而暖足”思想在中医基础理论、针灸学、中医内科学、儿科学、养生学等诸多领域均有广泛应用。“寒头而暖足”虽仅五字,但其所包含的医学理论内容丰富,值得医者进一步学习与研究。The phrase‘Cold head and warm foot’was first found in the silk book Mai Fa unearthed from the Han Tomb of Mawangdui,and this article looks up and screens the relevant contents of‘cold head and warm foot’,‘cold head’and‘warm feet’in the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine.Combining with the view of philology and the related discussion of medical experts in the past dynasties,the paper finds that the ancient medical experts established the important position of‘qi’and‘pulse’in the process of understanding human physiology and pathology through the understanding of the nature of heaven and earth,and came up with the idea of‘cold head and warm foot’,which led to the treatment principles of‘treat the diseases in the upper part by managing the lower’and‘tonifying deficiency and reducing excess’.In addition,the idea of‘cold head and warm foot’has been widely applied in the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion,Chinese internal medicine,pediatrics,regine,and many other fields.Although‘cold head and warm foot’is only five words,it contains rich medical theory content,which is worthy of further learning and research by doctors.
