摘　　要：反思的对象是内外整体,目的是获得超越论本质知识。内省向内看,获得心理学经验知识。检查自己的言行是否符合标准的反省不是反思,但在个人成长和历史发展中看,反省是反思的预备。反思可指向他人,反省只能指向自己。在适用性上,我们可以反思情绪的本质,虽然会有所削弱。The object of reflection is the internal-external wholeness and the acquisition of transcendental essential knowledge.People obtain psychological experience knowledge by looking-inward introspection.Self-examination to check whether the words and deeds conform to the standards does not mean reflection,but self-examination is the preparation for reflection in personal growth and historical development.Reflection can direct to others,but reflection only directs to oneself.In applicability,we can reflect on the nature of emotions.
