摘  要:研究梳理了我国高校体育教育的改革历程,在继承和创新的基础上,梳理新时代应用型本科体育教育的基本任务,依此确定了目标指向并探寻实践路径,以期更好地发挥体育教育在应用型高校的育人作用。研究发现,我国自成立以来本科体育教育改革经历了萌芽与停滞、恢复与探路、发展与变革和新时期四个时期。研究基于改革历程,总结了体育学科、人格培养、社会本位和全面发展的四类基本任务。并由此明确了应用型本科体育教育的目标指向:健康第一,从技能教育到生命教育;立德树人,从应用教育到人格教育;以人为本,从规则教育到生活教育;务实创新,从单一教育到多元教育。最终提出四条实践路径:兴趣与强度兼顾,推进生命教育理念;教学赛练一体化,课程思政育体养德;个人与团队相长,教学内容回归生活;学校与企业联动,体育双师创新育人。This study sorts out the reform process of physical education in colleges and universities in China.On the basis of inheritance and innovation,it summarizes the basic tasks of application-oriented undergraduate physical education in the new era to formulate the target direction and explore the practical path,so as to better play the educational effect of physical education in application-oriented colleges and universities.The study shows that since the establishment of the People's Republic of China,the reform of undergraduate physical education has gone through four periods:germination and stagnation,recovery and exploration,development and reform,and the new era.Based on the reform process,four basic tasks of sports discipline,personality cultivation,social standard and all-round development are summarized.Thus,the target direction of applied undergraduate physical education has been formulated,which includes health first target,from skill education to life education;moral cultivation target,from applied education to personality education;people-oriented target,from rule education to life education;pragmatic and innovative target,from single education to diversified education.Finally,it is proposed four practical paths,including the consideration of interest and intensity to promote the life education;the integration of teaching,competition and training to improve the curriculum ideological and political education;benefits between individuals and teams to make the teaching content return to life;linkage between college and enterprise to innovate the double-certificate teachers education.
