摘　　要：立德树人是教育的根本任务,是高校的立身之本。想要更好地落实立德树人根本任务,就要始终坚持社会主义办学方向,大力加强教师队伍建设,不断完善人才培养体系。文章立足航海类高职院校,阐述航海类高职院校立德树人思政工作现状,剖析立德树人实施过程中存在的问题,提出以构建完善的教育评价机制、推动大思政格局建设、立足多维度全方位育人为路径,破解当前航海类高职院校立德树人思政工作中的难点问题。Foster character and civic virtue is the fundamental task of education and the foundation of higher education.To better implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,we must always adhere to the socialist direction of education,vigorously strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,and continuously improve the talent training system.The article is based on maritime higher vocational colleges,elaborates on the current situation of moral education and ideological and political work in maritime higher vocational colleges,analyzes the problems in the implementation process of moral education and political education,and proposes the path of building a comprehensive education evaluation mechanism,promoting the construction of a comprehensive ideological and political pattern,and based on multidimensional and all-round education to solve the difficult problems in the current moral education and ideological and political work in maritime higher vocational colleges.
