摘　　要：当前,全科医学医师培养仍存在着教学师资不足、相关政策宣贯不到位、实践经验不足、专业未来发展前景不明晰等问题,这些都在一定程度上影响了全科医学专业学生走向工作岗位的信心。针对上述问题,文章以全科医学医师规范化培训与医学人才培养为重点,对当前国内全科医学与全科医师规范化培训情况、存在的问题、培训策略等进行综合分析,找寻具有可行性的解决方案,为提升当前国内全科医学规范化培训的质量提供参考。Currently,there are still problems in the training of general practitioners,such as insufficient teaching staff,inadequate promotion of relevant policies,insufficient practical experience,and unclear future development prospects of the profession.All of these have to some extent affected the confidence of general practitioners in moving towards work positions.In response to the above issues,the article focuses on the standardized training of general practitioners and the cultivation of medical talents.It comprehensively analyzes the current situation,existing problems,and training strategies of general practitioners and general practitioners in China,and seeks feasible solutions to provide reference for improving the quality of standardized training of general practitioners in China.
