创新教育理念在数学教学中的渗透探研

摘　　要：创新教育是时代发展的必然趋势,有利于促进学生成长成才。在数学教学过程中,教师应从创新教育理念出发,对教学方式方法不断进行创新,以满足学生的学习需求,让学生在和谐、轻松的课堂上实现综合能力和数学思维的培养,成长为具有创造力和实践力的人才。创新教育理念在数学教学中的渗透应从以下几方面着手:培养创新意识,端正学习态度;培养创新思维,激发学习兴趣;培养创新能力,落实以人为本的教育理念;培养创新人格,提升核心素养;培养创新精神,实现知识迁移。Innovative education is an inevitable trend of the times,which is conducive to promoting students'growth and talent.In the process of mathematics teaching,teachers should start from innovative educational concepts,continuously innovate teaching methods and methods to meet students'learning needs,cultivate students'comprehensive abilities and mathematical thinking in a harmonious and relaxed classroom,and grow into creative and practical talents.The infiltration of innovative education concepts in mathematics teaching should start from the following aspects:cultivating innovative awareness and correcting learning attitudes;cultivate innovative thinking and stimulate learning interest;cultivate innovative abilities and implement the people-oriented educational philosophy;cultivate innovative personality and enhance core competence;cultivate innovative spirit and achieve knowledge transfer.
