摘  要:以雄性小鼠为研究对象,口服喂食剂量分别为100、200、400 mg/(kg·d)的灰树花多糖(GFP),通过强迫游泳试验评价小鼠的耐力,探究GFP不同剂量对小鼠抗疲劳作用的影响。结果表明:不同剂量GFP显著减少了小鼠悬浮时间(P<0.05),小鼠脑干中去甲肾上腺素、5-羟色胺、5-羟基吲哚乙酸、多巴胺含量以及血清中血清氨、无机磷酸盐含量、乳酸和血清肌酸激酶活性与阴性对照组相比均呈现下降趋势(P<0.05),肌糖原含量、肌肉乳酸脱氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性与阴性对照组相比显著提高(P<0.05)。GFP具有提高小鼠抗疲劳的作用,可用于抗疲劳产品的开发。Male mice were used as the research object and orally fed with Grifola frondosa polysaccharide(GFP)at doses of 100,200 and 400 mg/(kg·d).The endurance of mice was evaluated through forced swimming tests,and the effects of different doses of GFP on the anti-fatigue effect of mice were studied.The results showed that different doses of GFP significantly reduced the immobility time of mice(P<O.05),and the contents of norepinephrine,5-hydroxytryptamine,5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid and dopamine in the brain stem of mice,the contents of serum ammonia,inorganic phosphate,lactate and serum creatine kinase activity showed a downward trend compared to the negative control group(P<0.05).The content of muscle glycogen,muscle lactate dehydrogenase compared with the negative control group,the activities of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase were significantly increased(P<0.05).GFP had the effect of improving anti-fatigue in mice and could be used for the development of anti-fatigue products.
