摘  要:糖尿病是一种慢性代谢疾病,需要长期服用药物治疗。具有降血糖作用的天然多糖,因其安全且低毒副作用,而受到广泛关注。因此,该研究对天然多糖降血糖功能的国内外研究现状进行汇总,归纳天然多糖的来源和分类,以及近年来发现的具有降血糖功能的多糖种类;总结天然多糖通过调节相关信号通路、调节相关酶活性、调节肠道菌群和诱导肝细胞产生胰岛素等渠道发挥调节血糖功能的机制,并提出优化天然多糖在降血糖功能方面的展望,以期为开发治疗高血糖疾病的多糖类药物提供依据。Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease that requires long-term drug treatment.Natural polysaccharides with hypoglycaemic effects have received widespread attention because they are safe and have low toxic side effects.Therefore,this study summarizes the current status of domestic and international research on the hypoglycemic function of natural polysaccharides,summarizes the sources and classification of natural polysaccharides and the types of polysaccharides with hypoglycemic function discovered in recent years,summarizes the mechanisms through which natural polysaccharides exert their hypoglycemic function by regulating related signaling pathways,regulating related enzyme activities,regulating intestinal flora and inducing insulin production in hepatocytes,and proposes the optimization of natural polysaccharides in the hypoglycemic function.The study also proposes the prospect of optimizing the hypoglycemic function of natural polysaccharides to provide a basis for the development of polysaccharide-based drugs for the treatment of hyperglycemic diseases.
