摘 要:目的应用PBL教学法结合《专科培训手册》在胸外科护士培训中,为提高教学质量和教学满意度提供参考依据。方法选取2019年5月1日-2021年9月30日在胸外科进行资质准入培训的44名新护士为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将护士分为观察组22人,对照组22人。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用PBL联合《专科培训手册》教学模式。比较2组学生理论知识、病例分析、操作技能考核成绩,并进行教学满意度问卷测评。结果观察组护士考核成绩理论知识(32.12±3.98)分、病例分析(24.25±5.23)分、操作技能(22.52±3.56)分,均高于对照组(23.02±4.82)分、(14.25±3.23)分、(13.98±2.98)分,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组护士满意率从课堂氛围95.45%、授课方式100.00%、授课内容90.91%、学习主动性90.91%、解决问题能力培养100.00%、思维能力培养100.00%、团队合作意识培养90.91%七个方面均高于对照组(68.18%、63.64%、59.09%、63.64%、68.18%、68.18%、59.09%),差异均具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论PBL教学法联合《专科培训手册》可有效提升胸外科新护士培训教学质量,进而提高新护士对培训的满意度。Objectives The application of PBL teaching method combined with"Specialized Training Manual"in the training of thoracic nurses provides reference for improving teaching quality and teaching satisfaction.Methods 44 new nurses who received qualification admission training in the Department of Thoracic Surgery from May 1st,2019 to September 30th,2021 were selected as the research objects.The nurses were divided into observation group(22)and control group(22)by random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group adopted the teaching mode of PBL combined with"Specialized Training Manual".The results of theoretical knowledge,case analysis and operational skills of the two groups of students were compared,and the teaching satisfaction questionnaire was conducted.Results The theoretical knowledge(32.12±3.98)points,case analysis(24.25±5.23)points and operation skill(22.52±3.56)points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(23.02±4.82)points,(14.25±3.23)points and(13.98±2.98)points.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nurses in the observation group was 95.45%in classroom atmosphere,100.00%in teaching method,90.91%in teaching content,90.91%in learning initiative,100.00%in problem-solving ability and 100.00 in thinking ability%and 90.91%of teamwork consciousness cultivation were higher than those of the control group(68.18%,63.64%,59.09%,63.64%,68.18%,68.18%,59.09%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method combined with"Specialized Training Manual"could effectively improve the training quality of new nurses in thoracic surgery,and improve their satisfaction with training.
