摘 要:目的探究基于案例教学方法在消化内科教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1—12月于潍坊医学院附属医院消化内科实习的100名临床实习生作为研究对象,随机将其分为研究组与对照组,每组50名。对照组实施传统临床教学,研究组在此基础上实施基于案例教学。比较两组临床实习生理论考核成绩及病历分析成绩,教学前后批判性思维能力评分。比较两组教学质量及教学满意度。结果研究组实习生理论考核成绩及病例分析成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学后两组实习生教学前后批判性思维能力评分高于教学前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习生师生互动、学习兴趣、学习效果、分析能力及协作能力等教学满意度均显著高于对照组,研究组实习生教学质量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于案例为基础的教学方法在消化内科临床实习生教学中有效且可行,不仅能提高实习生理论考核成绩及病例分析成绩,同时还能提高教学质量及提高教学满意。Objective To explore the application effect of case based teaching method in gastroenterology teaching.Methods One hundred clinical interns in the Department of Gastroenterology of Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medi⁃cal College from January to December 2021 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into study group and control group,with fifty cases in each group.The control group implemented traditional clinical teaching,and the study group implemented case based teaching on this basis.The results of theoretical examination and medical record analysis were compared between the two groups.The critical thinking ability scores of the two groups of interns were compared before and after teaching.The teaching quality and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The results of intern theory examination and medical record analysis in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of critical think⁃ing ability of the two groups of interns before and after teaching was higher than that before teaching,and the score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Teach⁃ing satisfaction,such as teacher-student interaction,learning interest,learning effect,analytical ability and collabora⁃tive ability in the study group was significantly higher than those in the control group,the teaching quality of interns in study group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case based teaching method is effective and feasible in the teaching of clinical interns in the depart⁃ment of gastroenterology.It can not only improve the performance of interns in theoretical examination and medical re⁃cord analysis,but also enhance the teaching quality and teaching satisfaction.
