摘　　要：以PBL教学法为基础,深入研究了高职机械类专业“课堂教学+协会活动”创新能力培养体系思路创建和组织架构的建立,并以《塑料模具设计与制造实训》课程的课堂教学+协会活动进行了PBL教学法的实践,通过两年实践,学生创新能力普遍提高,创新成果丰硕,得到了用人单位的高度认可。Based on the PBL teaching method,in-depth research was conducted on the establishment of the innovative ability cultivation system idea and organizational structure of"classroom teaching+association activities"for mechanical majors in higher vocational colleges.The PBL teaching method was practiced using the classroom teaching+association activities of the"Plastic Mold Design and Manufacturing Practical Training"course.After two years of practice,students'innovative ability was generally improved,and their innovative achievements were fruitful,which was highly recognized by employers.
