摘  要:试验旨在研究不同饲料原料温度对原料概略养分BRUKER MATRIX-I型近红外扫描结果的影响。试验选用玉米、碎米、大豆粕、花生粕4种常见饲料原料,分别在样品温度为40、30、25、20、15℃时进行近红外扫描,所得结果与常规化学分析结果比较。试验结果表明,玉米的粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗灰分的化学分析结果与不同温度下的近红外扫描结果无显著差异(P>0.05);15℃和20℃时水分的近红外扫描结果显著低于化学分析的结果(P<0.05),25~40℃时无显著差异(P>0.05)。碎米的粗蛋白和粗灰分化学分析结果与不同温度下近红外扫描结果无显著差异(P>0.05);40℃时水分的近红外扫描结果与化学分析结果差异显著(P<0.05),15~30℃时无显著差异(P>0.05);15℃时粗脂肪的近红外扫描结果与化学分析结果差异显著(P<0.05),20~40℃时无显著差异(P>0.05)。大豆粕的粗蛋白和粗脂肪化学分析结果与不同温度下的近红外扫描结果无显著差异(P>0.05);粗灰分的化学分析结果显著高于不同温度下的近红外扫描结果(P<0.05);40℃时水分近红外扫描结果与化学分析结果差异显著(P<0.05),15~30℃时无显著差异(P>0.05)。花生粕中粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和粗灰分的化学分析结果与不同温度下近红外扫描结果无显著差异(P>0.05);40℃时水分的近红外扫描结果与化学分析结果差异显著(P<0.05),15~30℃时无显著差异(P>0.05)。综合各概略养分近红外扫描结果及化学分析结果可以确定:使用BRUKER MATRIX-I型近红外光谱分析仪检测饲料原料概略养分时,大豆粕和花生粕的适宜扫描温度为15~30℃,碎米的适宜扫描温度为20~30℃,玉米的适宜扫描温度为25~40℃。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different temperature on measurements of BRUKER MATRIX-I near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)from corn,crushed rice,soybean meal and peanut meal.The ingredient samples were scanned at 40,30,25,20℃and 15℃,respectively.The reflectance data of samples at different temperatures were collected and compared with the results of chemical analysis.The results showed that:there were no significant differences of CP,EE and ash values in corn between NIRS analysis at different temperatures and chemical analysis(P>0.05).The NIRS measurements of moisture at 15℃and 20℃were significantly lower than chemical analysis measurement(P<0.05),and the differences of reflectance data at 25-40℃was not observed(P>0.05).There were no significant differences of CP and ash value in crushed rice between NIRS analysis at different temperatures and chemical analysis(P>0.05).There was a significant difference of moisture data between NIRS analysis at 40℃and chemical analysis(P<0.05),but not at 15-30℃(P>0.05).The NIRS measurement of EE in crushed rice at 15℃was significantly different from chemical analysis(P<0.05),but not at 20-40℃(P>0.05).There were no significant differences of CP and EE measurements in soybean meal between chemical analysis and NIRS analysis at different temperatures(P>0.05).Ash measurement in soybean of chemical analysis was significantly higher than NIRS measurements at different temperatures(P<0.05).Reflectance data of moisture at 40℃was significantly different from data of chemical analysis(P<0.05),but not at 15-30℃(P>0.05).There were no significant differences of CP,EE and Ash measurements in peanut meal between chemical analysis and NIRS analysis at different temperatures(P>0.05).There was a significant difference between the NIRS measurements at 40℃and the measurements of chemical analysis(P<0.05),but not at 15-30℃(P>0.05).Based on the data of NIRS and chemical analysis,it could be concluded that the optimum temperature of BRUKER MATRIX-I N
