摘 要:食品安全事关人们的生命健康以及社会的稳定和可持续发展。虽然我国在食品安全领域出台的一系列法律法规和行业标准夯实了食品安全的法治基础,但由于食品类型的多样性、生产工艺流程的复杂性以及食品流通的分散性,仍然存在较多影响食品安全的风险因素。在这种情况下,食品安全风险监测就成为防范食品安全问题的重要保障。文章在概括介绍食品安全风险监测的基础上,对该项工作的重要性,以及当前工作开展中存在的问题和应对策略进行了探讨,为食品安全风险监测主体客观、系统把握食品安全风险监测现状,持续优化食品安全风险监测行为提供了参考。Food safety is crucial for people’s health and the stability and sustainable development of society.Although a series of laws,regulations,and industry standards have been established in China to solidify the legal foundation of food safety,there are still many risk factors that can affect food safety due to the diversity of food types,complex production processes,and decentralized food distribution.In this context,food safety risk monitoring becomes an important safeguard against food safety issues.This article discusses the importance of food safety risk monitoring,as well as the problems and strategies in the current implementation,providing relevant references for objective and systematic understanding of the current status of food safety risk monitoring and continuous optimization of monitoring practices.
