食品安全快速检测中试纸法的应用探究

摘　　要：随着人们对食品安全的日益关注,食品安全检测技术的需求也在不断增长。在众多检测方法中,试纸法因其快速、方便、低成本的特性,被广泛应用于食品安全的初步筛查和现场检测,但其应用潜力与挑战亦亟待探讨。基于此,本文对食品安全快速检测中试纸法的应用进行了深入探讨,期望试纸法在食品安全快速检测中发挥更大的作用。With the increasing attention to food safety,the demand for food safety testing technology is also growing.Among many detection methods,the test paper method is widely used in the preliminary screening and on-site detection of food safety due to its fast,convenient and low-cost characteristics,but its application potential and challenges need to be discussed urgently.Based on this,this paper deeply discusses the application of test paper method in the rapid detection of food safety.It is expected that the test strip method to play a greater role in the rapid detection of food safety.
