摘  要:无刷直流电机具有运行效率高、调速性能好、无励磁损耗、结构简单和维护方便等众多优点,使得无刷直流电机在自动控制设备中得到了广泛应用,因此对无刷直流电机控制方法的研究还有着十分重要的实际意义。模糊控制是一种非线性的智能控制,尤其对数学模型难以建立、动态特性变化迅速或很难掌握的对象特别适用。所以本文在速度环设计中采用PID模糊控制器,利用模糊控制器对电机的速度进行控制,实现控制参数的自主调整,满足不同环境和工况需求,并同电流环的经典控制策略一起来实现对无刷直流电机的精确控制。Brushless DC motor has many advantages such as high operating efficiency,good speed regulation performance,no excitation loss,simple structure and convenient maintenance,this makes brushless DC motor widely used in automatic control equipment,Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the control method of brushless DC motor.Fuzzy control is a kind of nonlinear intelligent control,especially for objects whose mathematical models are difficult to establish,whose dynamic characteristics change rapidly or are difficult to grasp.Therefore,this paper adopts a PID fuzzy controller in the design of the speed loop.The fuzzy controller is used to control the speed of the motor,realize the independent adjustment of control parameters,meet the needs of different environments and working conditions,and realize the accurate control of the brushless DC motor together with the classic control strategy of the current loop.
