摘　　要：目前高校研究生创新能力的培养受到诸多教育模式方面的约束,而社会急切需要大量创新型人才,这导致研究生创新能力与人才培养目标脱节。以科技竞赛和本科生导师制为连接手段,借助“本硕博”贯通培养方法、科技竞赛与科研项目相结合的方法以及思政课程与专业课程相结合的方法,探索能够增强研究生创新能力、创新思想、创新人格的新培养模式,分析研究生创新能力培养过程中需要注意的问题,藉此提高研究生的创新能力和综合素质。At present,the cultivation of graduate students'innovative ability in colleges and universities is constrained by many educational models,and the society urgently needs a large number of innovative talents,which leads to the disconnection between graduate students'innovative ability and talent training objectives.This study takes the science and technology competition and undergraduate tutorial system as the connecting means,with the help of the"undergraduate,master and doctoral"through training method,the method of combining science and technology competition with scientific research projects,and the method of combining ideological and political courses with professional courses.This paper explores a new training mode that can enhance graduate students'innovative ability,innovative thought and innovative personality,and analyzes the problems that need to be paid attention to in the process of graduate students'innovative ability training,so as to improve the innovation ability and comprehensive quality of graduate students.
