摘 要:新加坡从建国开始,经过了一系列基础教育学制改革与实践,为国家建设培养了大量精英人才。近年来,为进一步促进教育公平,新加坡学制再次进行大范围改革:通过科目编班制,让每一个学生都能找到适合自己的学习路径;通过小学离校考试积分等级制,引导学生全面且个性的发展;为身体或心理有困难的学生提供多种支援;实施天才教育计划;重视学生发展体验等。新加坡学制改革体现出促进教育公平、促进全体学生更好发展的趋势,但同时也面临公民阶层间存在不平等,以及不同背景及阶层学生社会融合的困难。Since the founding of Singapore,it has undergone a series of basic education system reforms and practices based on time nodes,which has cultivated a large number of talents for the national construction.In recent years,Singapore has carried out a wide range of reforms to further promote educational equity,including the subject scheduling system,so that every student can find a suitable learning path;guiding students to develop comprehensively and individually through the grading system of the primary school leaving examination;providing a variety of support for students with physical or mental difficulties;implementing the gifted education program and emphasizing on student development experience.The reform of Singapore’s school system reflects the trend of promoting education equity with better development,but it also faces the inequality among citizens and the difficulties of social integration of students from different backgrounds and classes.
