摘 要:目的了解医学院校非医学专业学生对混合式教学的满意度情况及影响因素。方法采用自制调查问卷对天津某医学高职院校非医学专业2020—2022级504名在校生,在2022年3—12月参加混合式教学情况进行调查。因问卷数据不符合正态分布,采用Mann-Whitney U或KruskalWallis H比较组间差异,采用Spearman相关分析研究各因素与混合式教学满意度的相关性,采用逐步回归分析探讨教学满意度的影响因素。结果学生对混合式教学“很满意”占27.98%,“满意”占47.62%,不同家庭所在地、是否为学生干部组间的总满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。逐步回归分析显示学生期望度、教师教学行为、学生学习行为、学生学习效果反馈4个维度对教学满意度产生正向影响,R2值为0.902。56.75%的学生在未来的学习中,倾向于选择混合式教学模式。结论学生对混合式教学的总体满意度较高。混合式教学对高校教师信息素养和教学能力提出了更高要求,教师应关注大学生学习行为习惯、自主学习能力和专业认同感的培养。Objective To understand the satisfaction and influencing factors of non medical major students in medical colleges towards blended learning.Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate 504 students from 2020 to 2022 in a medical vocational college in Tianjin who participated in mixed teaching from March 2022 to December 2022.Also,the questionnaire data didn’t conform to the normal distribution,Mann-Whitney U or Kruskal Wallis H were used to compare the differences between groups,Spearman correlation analysis was used to study the correlation between various factors and mixed teaching satisfaction,and stepwise regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of teaching satisfaction.Results The results showed that 27.98%of students were"very satisfied"with blended teaching,and 47.62%were"satisfied".There was a statistically significant difference in overall satisfaction among different family locations and whether they were student cadres.Stepwise regression analysis showed that four dimensions,namely student expectation,teacher teaching behavior,student learning behavior and feedback on student learning outcomes,had a positive impact on teaching satisfaction,with an R-squared value of 0.902.56.75%of students tend to choose blended learning mode in their future studies.Conclusion Students have a higher overall satisfaction with blended learning.Mixed teaching puts forward higher requirements for college teachers'information literacy and teaching ability.Attention should be paid to the cultivation of college students'learning habits,autonomous learning abilities,and professional identity.
