摘 要:目的探讨微课联合翻转课堂在ICU实习护生小讲课中的应用效果。方法选取2020年6月至12月深圳市第二人民医院的37名ICU实习护生(简称护生)作为对照组,2021年6月至12月深圳市第二人民医院的38名ICU护生作为观察组;对照组采用传统的方法进行护理小讲课,观察组采用微课联合翻转课堂模式进行小讲课。比较两组护生的小讲课理论考试成绩、综合表现和小讲课满意度。结果观察组护生的小讲课理论测试成绩、综合表现和满意度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用微课联合翻转课堂模式进行ICU护理小讲课有利于护生更好地掌握讲课理论内容,改善护生的课堂综合表现并提高护生对小讲课的满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom in small lecture for ICU practice nursing students.Methods A total of 37 ICU nursing students in intership(referred to as nursing students)in Shenzhen Second People's Hospital from June to December 2020 were selected as the control group,and 38 ICU nursing students in Shenzhen Second People's Hospital from June to December 2021 were selected as the observation group.The control group used the traditional method for nursing lectures,while the observation group used the micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom mode for small lectures.The theoretical test scores,comprehensive performance and satisfaction of lecture were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of lecture theory test,comprehensive performance and satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom mode in ICU nursing lectures is conducive to nursing students to better grasp the theoretical content of lectures,improve the comprehen-sive performance of nursing students in the classroom and improve the satisfaction of nursing students with small lectures.
