摘  要:大中小学思政课一体化建设是一个系统工程,思政课教师队伍一体化建设是这一系统的关键构成和工程实施的重要任务。在全面推进大中小学思政课一体化共同体建设、构建“大思政课”格局的视域下,急需建立并完善大中小学思政课教师队伍一体化建设长效机制,包括培养培训一体化机制、选聘任用一体化机制、教学科研一体化机制、考核评价一体化机制、组织保障一体化机制。通过长效机制建设,促进大中小学思政课教师队伍一体化、专业化、规范化发展。The integration of ideological and political courses in universities,primary and secondary schools is a systematic project,and the integration of ideological and political teachers is the key component of this system and the important task of project implementation.From the perspective of comprehensively promoting the construction of the integrated community of ideological and political courses in universities,primary and secondary schools,and constructing the pattern of“big ideological and political courses”,it is urgent to establish and improve the long-term mechanism of the integrated construction of ideological and political course teachers in universities,primary and secondary schools,including the integrated mechanism of training,selection and appointment,teaching and scientific research,assessment and evaluation,and organization and guarantee.Through the construction of a long-term mechanism,we will promote the integrated,professional and standardized development of ideological and political teachers in universities,primary and secondary schools.
