摘　　要：教师直言是指教师在专业生活中以语言为中介,与学生等教育相关者之间正直坦率、有责任的、审慎勇敢、不惧风险的批判、坚守信念为真,言说真话实话的教育行动。但因对教育风险的规避、教育本身的复杂性、师生之间的冲突以及师生主客体关系影响,面临潜在的遮蔽。教师之所以直言,源自教育本身的规定性,教师职业使命的驱动,教育意义生发之使然,以及教育场域话语优势之所在。如何让教师直言彰显,在于教师要坚守以人为目的和常怀高贵心灵,修炼教育机智,涵养教育勇气,构建师生主体间性,以直言契约予以保障。Teachers'Straight Talk refers to the educational action that teachers are honest,frank,responsible,prudent and brave,not afraid of risk,sticking to faith and telling the truth between teachers and education stakeholders in professional life with language as the intermediary.However,due to the avoidance of educational risks,the complexity of education itself,the conflict between teachers and students,and the influence of the teacher-student subject-object relationship,it faces potential cover.The reason why teachers tell the truth is derived from the stipulation of education itself,the drive of teachers'professional mission,the origin of educational meaning,and the advantage of discourse in the field of education.How to make teachers tell the truth in that teachers should stick to the purpose of people and keep a noble mind,cultivate educational wisdom,cultivate courage,and construct the subjectivity between teachers and students,which is guaranteed by the contract of speaking out.
