摘 要:采用教养压力问卷、情绪调节问卷(ERQ)和少年儿童社会适应量表对449名4~6年级的小学生及其家长进行问卷调查,探讨“双减”政策下父母教养压力与小学生社会适应的关系,并探究小学生父母的情绪调节策略在父母教养压力与小学生社会适应之间的内在机制。结果显示:(1)小学生父母教养压力分别与父母情绪调节策略、小学生社会适应呈显著负相关;父母情绪调节策略与小学生社会适应呈显著正相关。(2)父母情绪调节策略在父母教养压力与小学生社会适应之间的部分中介效应显著(β=-0.01,95%CI[-0.02,-0.01])。研究从家庭教育的视角,揭示了父母教养压力可以直接影响小学生社会适应,也可通过父母情绪调节策略间接影响小学生社会适应,为小学生社会适应的培养路径提供了更多思考。In order to explore the relationship between parental pressure and pupils’social adjustment under the“double reduction”policy,and explore the internal mechanism between parents’emotional regulation strategies and pupils’social adjustment,in this study,449 primary school students and their parents were surveyed by the Parental Stress questionnaire,the Emotional Regulation Questionnaire(ERQ)and the Social Adjustment Scale for Children and Adolescents.The results showed that:a.There are significant negative correlations between parents’parenting stress,parents’emotional regulation strategies and pupils’social adaptation.There is a significant positive correlation between parents’emotional regulation strategies and pupils’social adjustment.b.Parents’emotional regulation strategies has a significant mediating effect on the relationship between parental stress and pupils’social adjustment(β=-0.01,95%CI[-0.02,-0.01]).From the perspective of family education,the study reveals that parental parenting pressure can directly affect the social adaptation of primary school students,and can also indirectly affect the social adaptation of primary school students through parents’emotional regulation strategies,which provides thoughts for the cultivation path of primary school students’social adaptation.
