摘  要:音乐素养是现代公民必备的文化素养。小学生音乐素养的内涵是指学生运用听、读、演、创、悟等方式来感受美、欣赏美、表现美和创造美所具备的音乐知识、能力和态度的综合表现。培养小学生音乐素养的价值是弥补“五育”并举短板的重要抓手、传承中华优秀传统文化的重要载体、激发创新思维的重要途径、深化音乐教学改革的重要手段。基于文献和调研实证得出小学生音乐素养可以通过音乐的听、读、演、创、悟等方面进行测评。“听”的测评要点在于“聆听”“听辨”,“读”的测评要点在于“读谱”“读背景”,“演”的测评要点在于“演奏”“演唱”“综合表演”,“创”的测评要点在于“编创”“改编”,“悟”的测评要点在于“感悟”“领悟”。Music literacy is a necessary cultural accomplishment for modern citizens.The connotation of music literacy of primary school students refers to the comprehensive performance of the music knowledge,ability,and atitude that students possess to experience,appreciate,express,and create beauty through listening,reading,performing,creating,and understanding.Cultivating pupils'music literacy is an important way to make up for the short board of the five-type education,an important carrier to inherit the excellent Chinese traditional culture,an important way to improve citizens'innovative thinking,and an important means to deepen the teaching reform of music education.Through literature research and investigation,it is concluded that pupils'music literacy is assessed by music listening,reading,performing,creating,and understanding.The key assessment points of"listening"lie in"careful listening"and"listening and identification";The key assessment points of"reading"lie in"reading music scores"and"reading music background";The assessment points of"pefomance"lie in"playing musie","singing",and"comprehensive pefomance";The key ssessment points of"creativity"lie in"music composing"and"music adapting";The key assessment points of"comprehension"lies in"perception"and"comprehension".
