摘　　要：在中国特色的社会主义教育体系中,劳动教育具有十分重要的地位和作用,在新的历史条件下,开展劳动教育十分必要。劳动教育是“五育合一”的重要组成部分,高校劳动教育不仅是思想政治理论课教学的重要内容,更是落实立德树人根本任务、促进学生德智体美劳全面发展的必然要求。当前高校劳动教育在开展过程中依然存在一些问题,如重视程度不够、师资力量不足、评价体系不完善等。因此,为进一步提升高校劳动教育质量和水平,需要加强组织领导、提高师资水平、完善评价体系。In the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics,labor education plays a very important role.Under the new historical conditions,it is necessary to carry out labor education,which is an important component of the“five educations in one”.Labor education in universities is not only an important content of ideological and political theory teaching,but also an inevitable requirement for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and promoting the comprehensive development of students’morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.However,there are still some problems in the current process of carrying out labor education in universities,such as insufficient attention,insufficient teaching staff,and imperfect evaluation systems.Therefore,in order to further improve the quality and level of labor education in universities,it is necessary to strengthen organization and leadership,improve the level of teaching staff,and perfect the evaluation system.
