摘　　要：目前金华东站作业量超过了设计能力75%,存在到发线能力紧张、列车编解能力接近饱和、运输组织效率不高、站型布置落后等问题。针对这些问题,首先在分析影响车站通过能力的主要影响因素基础上,通过计算发现车站到发线利用率达到83.3%,牵出线延长150 m后驼峰日均解体列数可以提升11%,缩短列检时间可以提升到发线能力14.6%。同时,站型布置方面存在旅客列车通过与金千线、金华方向货物列车接发作业交叉干扰,影响到发线作业能力。最后,从提升到发线接发列车及驼峰改编能力、提升列检作业效率、完善联劳协作机制等方面提出金华东站运输组织优化对策。At present,the workload of Jinhuadong Station exceeds 75%of the design capacity.There are some problems,such as the shortage of arrival-departure track capacity,the saturation of train compiling and decoding capacity,the low efficiency of transport organization,and the backward layout of station types.In view of these problems,firstly,the main influencing factors affecting the station carrying capacity were analyzed.Through calculation,it was found that the utilization of the arrival-departure track of the station reached 83.3%,and the daily average disassembly of the hump with the lead track extended by 150 m could increase by 64.7%.The capacity of the arrival-departure track can be improved by 14.6% by shortening the train inspection time.Meanwhile,in terms of the station type layout,there was cross interference of arrival-departure operations between passenger trains and freight trains along Jinhuaxi-Qiandao Lake Railway and Jinhua direction,affecting the operation capacity of the arrivaldeparture track.Finally,from the aspects of improving the capacity of arrival-departure trains on the arrival-departure track,compiling capacity of the hump,and efficiency of train inspection operations,and cooperation mechanism with labor,the paper put forward the optimization countermeasures for the transport organization of Jinhuadong Station.
