摘 要:派迪亚教育实验是美国著名哲学家、教育家阿德勒在20世纪80年代初发起的一项基础教育课程与教学改革运动,是阿德勒晚期教育思想的集中体现,是美国代表性的课程与教学改革之一,其影响持续至今。派迪亚教育实验体现了阿德勒对自由教育的反思与新转向,实验历经四十余年的持续推广,秉持民主、平等、可持续学习的教育理念,以培育智慧的通识性知识与技艺为主要学习内容,通过融通运用讲授法、训练法、苏格拉底研讨法,有效实现学生对组织化知识的掌握,对理智技能(学习技能)的发展以及对思想与价值的深入理解。同时实验充分协调教育者互相合作,让所有学生获得最高品质的教育,为民主社会培养有智慧的公民,以此重振美国的自由教育和民主社会。The Paideia Proposal was a basic education curriculum and teaching reform movement launched by the famous American philosopher and educator Adler in the early eighties of the twentieth century,which is a concentrated embodiment of Adler's late educational thought.It is one of the representative curriculum and teaching reforms in the United States,its influence lasts until today.The Paideia Proposal reflects Adler's reflection and new turn on liberal education,and it has been continuously promoted for more than 40 years,which upholds the educational philosophy of democracy,equality and sustainable learning,takes the general knowledge and skills that can acquire wisdom as the main learning content,and makes students effectively realize the mastery of organized knowledge,the development of intellectual skills(learning skills),and the in-depth understanding of ideas and values through the integration of didactic instruction,coaching,and socratic seminars.At the same time,cooperation among educators is fully coordinated,so that all students can obtain the highest quality education and cultivate intelligent citizens for a democratic society,thereby it would help to revitalize liberal education and democratic society in the United States.
