摘  要:大科学时代来临,科技创新模式开始转向目标导向和自由探索“两条腿走路”,有组织科研模式的重要性日益凸显,科研创新团队成为我国建设科技强国战略目标的重中之重。从师承效应、培养机制、科研目标设置、构成结构、考核晋升机制、学术流动机制和科技成果转化等七个方面对当代物理学领域3个顶尖团队进行具体案例阐述,借鉴生态系统理论构建一流科研创新团队的发展机制模型,形成可供其他团队借鉴的经验,以期对我国高校和科研院所打造更多一流科研创新团队有所裨益。With the advent of the era of Big Science,the mode of scientific and technological innovation has shifted towards both interest-oriented and goal-oriented organized research mode.The importance of organized research has become increasingly prominent.Research innovation teams have become the top priority of China's strategic goal of building a powerful country in science and technology.Cases of the three top research innovation teams in the field of physics have been expounded from seven aspects as bellow:the effect of mentorship,cultivation mechanism,research target setting,team composition,assessment and promotion mechanism,academic mobility mechanism and the ST transformation.Ecosystem theory has been used here to build the development mechanism model of first-class research innovation teams.This paper forms experience that can be used for reference by other teams,in order to be beneficial for universities and research institutes to building more first-class research innovation teams.
