摘 要:大学教师角色是外界期待与个人塑造的综合体,是区别自我与他者的重要标志。然而,大学教师角色在形塑过程中受到政府、社会、高校及学生等外界因素的强势规训,使得自身意愿和能力在角色形成中的作用被极大削弱。面对大学教师角色出现的异化情形,福柯的生存美学理论提供了较好的破解路径:将消解集体化角色作为先决条件,恢复角色塑造的个体化;以“局部斗争”为必要手段,充分发挥大学教师在角色塑造中的能动性;以自我关怀为最终保障,确保大学教师角色在自我与他者的动态游戏中保持活力。基于以上三重破解路径,大学教师角色面对的四元规训困境可以得到适恰解决。The role of university teachers is a synthesis of external expectations and personal shaping,and an important symbol to distinguish between the self and the other.However,the role of university teachers has been strongly disciplined by the government,society,universities,students and other external factors in the shaping process,which has greatly weakened the role of their own will and ability in the role formation.Facing the alienation of the role of university teachers,Foucault’s theory of survival aesthetics provides a better way to solve it.First of all,the collective roles are eliminated as a prerequisite to restore the individualization of role shaping.Secondly,the“local struggle”is taken as a necessary means to give full play to the initiative of univer⁃sity teachers in shaping their roles.Thirdly,the self-care is the ultimate guarantee to ensure that the role of uni⁃versity teachers can maintain vitality in the dynamic game between self and others.Based on the above three ways to solve the problem,the dilemma faced by the role of university teachers can be appropriately solved.
