摘 要:目的探索虚拟现实(VR)技术联合微信平台的PBL教学模式在心脏手术实习护生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月至2022年10月的72名实习护生为研究对象。将2019年8月至2020年1月轮转的护生设为对照组(n=36),2021年8月至2022年10月轮转的护生设为观察组(n=36)。对照组采用传统带教方法,观察组实施VR技术联合微信平台的PBL教学模式。比较两组理论考试与操作考核成绩、教学满意度及医生满意度。结果观察组理论考试与操作考核成绩、综合满意度、医生满意度(除观察能力项目外)均显著高于对照组。结论VR技术联合微信平台的PBL教学模式能弥补传统教学模式的不足,提升护生成绩以及护生和医生满意度,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of a problem-based learning(PBL)teaching model combining virtual reality(VR)technology combined with Wechat platform in the mentorship of cardiac surgery interns.Methods A total of 72 nursing interns from August 2019 to October 2022 were selected as subjects.Nursing interns rotating from August 2019 to January 2020 were set as the control group(n=36),and those rotating from August 2021 to October 2022 were set as the observation group(n=36).The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,while the observation group adopted the PBL teaching model combining VR technology and Wechat platform.The results of theoretical examination and operational examination,teaching satisfaction and doctor satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The results of theoretical examination and operational examination,comprehensive satisfaction and doctor satisfaction(except observation ability items)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion The PBL teaching model combinign VR technology and WeChat platform can make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching mode,improve nursing performance and satisfaction of nursing interns and is worth promoting in clinical practice.
