摘 要:目的评价全科住院医师读书报告会在核心素养培养中的作用。方法选取温州医科大学附属第二医院全科医学科91名住院医师作为研究对象。采用问卷测评的方法,评价3年住院医师规范化培训期间开展读书报告会是否提高全科住院医师六大核心素养。住院医师按来源分为本单位、外单位委派和西藏地区。结果读书报告会对全科住院医师六大核心素养能力有提升作用,并且与参加培训时间有关,第一年和第三年差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同来源住院医师在读书报告会后能力提升不同(P<0.05)。结论读书报告会能有效地提高全科住院医师六大核心素养,坚持参加时间越久收益越大。Objective To explore the effect of the reading report meeting on the core literacy of general practitioners.Methods 91 residents in the General Practice Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were selected as the research subjects.By using the method of questionnaire evaluation,we evaluated whether the reading report meeting could improve the six core literacy of residents.The residents were also divided into our own unit residents group,the external hospital training group,and the Tibet group.The questionnaire results were analyzed in layers.Results The reading report meeting had an important effect on the six core literacy abilities of standardized training of general practitioners,and it was related to the time of training.The difference between the first year and the third year of the training was statistically significant(P<0.05).Different types of resident training doctors had different ability improvement after the reading report meeting(P<0.05).Conclusion The reading report meeting can effectively improve the six core literacy of general practitioners in standardized residency training.The longer we insist on participating in the meeting,the greater is the profit.
