省域公费师范生招生培养政策分析——以广东为例

摘　　要：广东省公费定向培养粤东西北中小学(含幼儿园)教师试点工作,取得了明显成就。但培养规模亟待扩大,培养质量有待提升,培养的学历层次相对较低,毕业生履约比例有待提高。针对这些问题,非常有必要促进公费定向培养类型的多样化以扩大培养规模,优化培养过程以提高培养质量,坚持本科、硕士为主以整体提升学历水平,优化招生方式以降低毕业生违约率。The pilot work of publicly-funded targeted-training of primary,secondary school and kindergarten teachers in eastern,northern and western Guangdong Province has achieved significant results.However,the scale of training still needs to be expanded,and the quality of training needs to be improved,and the educational level of training is relatively low,and the proportion of graduates fulfilling contracts needs to be improved.In response to these issues,it is very necessary to promote the diversification of publicly-funded targeted-training types so as to expand the scale of training,to optimize the training process so as to improve the quality of training,to focus on cultivating undergraduate and master's level normal school students so as to improve the educational level,to optimize enrollment methods so as to reduce the default rate of graduates.
