摘 要:基于陕西省农业龙头企业员工的调查问卷,探讨农业龙头企业家长式领导、员工心理所有权和员工建言行为的关系。研究结果表明:农业龙头企业仁慈领导、德行领导均与员工心理所有权、员工建言行为显著正相关;威权领导与员工心理所有权、员工建言行为显著负相关,员工心理所有权与员工建言行为显著正相关;员工心理所有权分别在仁慈领导、德行领导和威权领导与员工建言行为间起部分中介作用。从调整领导行为和培养员工心理所有权方面为促进农业龙头企业员工建言提出建议。Based on the survey data of employees in leading agricultural enterprises in Shaanxi Province,this paper explores the relationship between paternalistic leadership,employee's psychological ownership and their voice behavior in leading agricultural enterprises.The results show that the benevolence leadership and moral leadership of agricultural leading enterprises have significantly positive correlation with employee psychological ownership and voice behavior,while authority leadership has significant negative correlation with employee psychological ownership and voice behavior,but employee's psychological ownership is strikingly positively related to their voice behavior.Employee's psychological ownership plays the partial intermediary role respectively between benevolence,moral and authority leadership and employee's voice behavior.Finally,some suggestions are presented for promoting the employees'voice behavior in leading agricultural enterprises from the aspects of adjustment of leadership behavior and cultivation of employees'psychological ownership.
