摘  要:以提升助产岗位胜任力为目标,研究高职助产专业人才培养路径,通过实施“产教融合、三岗渐进、能力递升”的人才培养模式,构建“双师”共建、岗课赛证融通的课程体系,优化“六阶递进、虚实相融、双师共导”的教学过程,建设校内“信息技术、虚实结合、模拟仿真、开放共享”的助产医学模拟实训基地,重构进阶式信息化医学模拟实训教学模式,构建“三模块五主题”全程化助产职业素质培养体系,达成人才培养目标,培养一批符合医院需要的高质量复合型助产人才。With the goal of improving the post competency of midwifery,this study aims to explore the personnel cultivation way for in higher vocational education midwifery major.By implementing a personnel cultivation model of"integration of industry and education,gradual progress of three positions,and gradual improvement of abilities",a course system of"dual teacher"co-construction and integration of post-course-competition-certificate is constructed,and the teaching process of"six-step progressive,virtual-real integration,and dual teacher co guidance"is optimized.Build a midwifery medical simulation training base of"information technology,virtual-real combination,simulation,open-sharing"in campus,reconstruct the advanced informatization medical simulation training teaching model,build a whole process midwifery professional quality training system of"three modules and five themes",to achieve the goal of personnel training,and cultivate a batch of high-quality compound midwifery personnel that meet the needs of the hospital.
