摘 要:目的探讨妇产科护理学课程思政对学生课程成绩、学业自我效能感、职业自我概念的影响。方法2022年2—7月选择四川省某高校2019级护理学专业本科生为研究对象,分为试验组(111人)和对照组(108人)。妇产科护理学教学中,对照组采用传统教学模式,试验组在对照组基础上开展课程思政。利用理论和技能考试、学业自我效能感量表、护士职业自我概念问卷比较两组教学效果。结果教学结束后,试验组理论和技能考试成绩高于对照组;试验组学业自我效能感量表及各维度得分的中位数,护士职业自我概念问卷及技能、满意度、沟通表达能力维度得分的中位数均高于对照组,也高于教学前。结论开展妇产科护理学课程思政能提高学生的课程成绩、学业自我效能感及职业自我概念水平,效果较好。Objective To explore the impact of Ideological&Political Education on students′course performance,academic self-efficacy and occupational self-concept in obstetrics and gynecology nursing courses.Methods From February to July 2022,2019 undergraduate nursing students from a university in Sichuan Province were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into experimental group(111 students)and control group(108 students).In the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing,the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group carried out Ideological&Political Education on the basis of the control group.The theoretical and skill tests,Academic Self-Efficacy Scale(ASE),and Professional Self-Concept of Nru-ses Instrument(PSCNI)were used to compare the teaching effects of the two groups.Results After the teaching was completed,the experimental group′s theoretical and skill test scores were higher than those in the control group.The median scores of ASE and various dimensions of the experimental group,the median scores of PSCNI and the dimensions of skills,satisfaction,and communication and expression ability were higher than those in the control group and higher than those before teaching.Conclusion Ideological&Political Education in obstetrics and gynecology can improve students′course performance,academic self-efficacy and professional self-concept,and the effect is better.
