摘　　要：以民航货运业为例,首先分析后疫情时代产业调整转型产生的新型业务领域及其对高职院校人才培养提出的新要求。然后提出1+X证书制度与高职民航货运人才培养有机融合模式,在此基础上重构1+X证书制度的实施路径,包括:建立1+X证书制度实施的育人共同体,破除职业技能培训标准与专业教学标准的对接障碍,构建1+X证书制度的课证融通模式,着力提升教学与培训团队的整体水平,等。In this paper,taking the civil aviation freight transport industry as an example,we first analyzed the new business fields appearing after the industrial adjustment and transformation in the post-epidemic era and the new demand they have for the cultivation of higher vocational talents.Then,we proposed the model of higher vocational civil aviation freight transport talent cultivation which organically integrates the 1+X certification system,and on this basis,reconstructed the implementation path of the 1+X certification system,including:establishing an education community for the implementation of the 1+X certification system,breaking the barriers between vocational skills training standards and specialty teaching standards,building the course-occupation integration mode under the 1+X certification system,and focusing on improving the overall level of the teaching and training teams,etc.
