摘 要:目的探讨PBL教学法在老年医学临床教学中的应用问题与经验,以提高老年医学的教学效果。方法随机选取2014年1月1日-2017年12月31日和2018年1月1日-2021年10月31日某临床医院老年医学科进行住院医师规范化培训轮转的住院医师各30名,根据时间分为对照组和试验组,分别实施传统教学法和PBL教学法,对教学效果通过问卷调查和出科考核相结合的方式进行评估。结果问卷调查和出科考核中PBL教学组对于学习兴趣、学习主动性、临床能力培养、沟通协作能力和提高人文素养的满意度和病史采集、病例分析得分明显高于传统教学组,P<0.05;两组有效利用时间的满意度及体格检查、理论考试成绩无统计学差异,P>0.05。结论在住院医师教学查房中运用PBL教学法有利于培养住院医师正确的老年医学临床思维方法,调动住院医师的学习主动性,增强发现、分析、处理临床实际问题的能力和提高住院医师人文关怀素养。Objectives This study aims to explore the application and experience of the PBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of geriatrics in order to improve the teaching effect of geriatrics.Methods 30 residents in the geriatrics department of a clinical hospital from January 1,2014 to December 31,2017 and from January 1,2018 to October 31,2021 respectively were randomly selected for the standardized training of residents.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the time.The traditional teaching method and the PBL teaching method were implemented respectively.The teaching effect was evaluated through a combination of a questionnaire survey and a graduation examination.Results The scores of the PBL teaching group on learning interest,learning initiative,clinical ability training,communication and cooperation ability,improving humanistic care,medical history collection,and case analysis were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group in the questionnaire survey and examination(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the satisfaction of effective use of time and the scores of physical examination and theoretical examination(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of PBL teaching method in the teaching rounds of residents is beneficial to train the residents'correct clinical thinking methods of geriatrics,mobilize the residents'initiative in learning,enhance their ability to discover,analyze and deal with practical clinical problems,and improve the residents'humanistic care.
