摘　　要：日本职业能力开发综合大学校在日本高等职业训练中承担着重要的作用。职业能力开发综合大学校响应经济社会发展需要,历经四个时期的演变,形成了现有的培养体系。职业能力开发综合大学校具有训练课程丰富、注重实学融合、职能定位全面的办学特色。结合职业能力开发综合大学校的办学演变及办学特色,针对我国高等职业教育中专业设置脱离产业需求、教师专业实践能力培育不足、职业培训目标与岗位需求不符等问题,提出构建有效的专业设置审核机制、打造“企+校”实践的师资培育体系以及创办多元主体协同合作的职业培训格局。The polytechnic university in Japan plays an important role in higher vocational training.The polytechnic university has responded to the needs of economic and social development,and has undergone four periods of evolution to form an existing training system.It has the characteristics of rich training courses,emphasis on practical learning integration,and comprehensive functional positioning.Based on the evolution and characteristics of polytechnic university,this paper proposes to construct an effective professional setting review mechanism,create a teacher training system for"enterprise+school"practice,and establish a vocational training pattern with multiple subjects cooperating in response to issues such as the detachment of professional settings from industrial needs,insufficient cultivation of teachers'professional practical abilities,and inconsistency between vocational training goals and job requirements in China's higher vocational education.
