摘 要:创新临床教学方法、提高教学效果是教学医院临床科室落实国家“深化医教协同”新要求的重要举措,有助于中医临床人才的培养。中医临床型研究生是未来建设祖国中医药事业的高级人才,他们需要掌握扎实的中西医理论知识,具备清晰的中西医诊疗思维等专业能力以及良好的医患沟通、团队合作等非专业能力,而中医临床教学是培养以上能力的关键环节。单一的教学模式不能解决中医临床教学的诸多问题,因此文章基于线上线下教学模式,探索具有中医特色的混合式临床教学模式,以期对临床教学改革有借鉴意义。Innovating clinical teaching methods and improving teaching effect are important measures for clinical departments of teaching hospitals to implement the new requirements of“deepening medicine-education cooperation”,which is conducive to the cultivation of clinical talents of traditional Chinese medicine.Clinical postgraduates of traditional Chinese medicine are senior talents who will build the cause of traditional Chinese medicine in the motherland.They need to master solid theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and have clear thinking of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and other professional abilities as well as other non-professional abilities,like good communication between doctors and patients,teamwork,etc.Clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine is the key link to cultivate the above abilities.Single teaching mode cannot solve many problems in clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,based on online and offline teaching mode,this paper explores a blended clinical teaching mode with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics,with a view to providing reference for clinical teaching reform.
