摘 要:目的评价以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在住院医师规范化培训教学中的效果。方法选取2021年1—12月在青海大学附属医院老年医学科轮转的全科专业住院医师规范化培训学员40名分为对照组,选取2022年1—12月在青海大学附属医院老年医学科轮转的全科专业住院医师规范化培训学员40名分为观察组,分别施以传统教学法与CBL教学法,比较两组教学效果。结果观察组理论笔试、基本操作、病例分析考核成绩高于对照组;各项专业知识掌握率高于对照组;教学满意度高于对照组;对教学目的和效果评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL教学法可明显提升老年医学科轮转住院医师规范化培训学员的考核成绩、专业知识掌握程度、教学满意度,提高对教学目的和效果评分。Objective To evaluate the effect of case-based learning(CBL)in the standardized training and teaching of residents.Methods A total of 40 standardized training students for general practice resident physicians who rotated in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group.A total of 40 standardized training students for general practice resident physicians who rotated in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.Traditional teaching methods and CBL teaching methods were used to compare the teaching effects of the two groups.Results The observation group achieved higher scores in theoretical written tests,basic operations,and case analysis assessments than the control group;the mastery rate of various professional knowledge was higher than that of the control group;teaching satisfaction was higher than that of the control group;the scores for teaching objectives and effectiveness were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The CBL teaching method can significantly improve the assessment scores,professional knowledge mastery,and teaching satisfaction of standardized training students for rotating resident physicians in geriatric medicine,and improve the evaluation of teaching objectives and effectiveness.
