以QQ群为基础的联合教学在风湿性疾病见习带教中的应用

摘　　要：风湿性疾病作为内科学中重要的一类疾病,疾病的异质性大、知识点多,对于医学生的熟悉和掌握困难。然而本科教学中关于这类疾病的教学内容局限,病史采集技巧、查体方法、临床思维培训、规范诊治的教学是不够的,不能深入提高临床思维能力。文章探讨通过以QQ群网络平台为基础,利用线上线下联合开展见习教学工作,通过网络平台实现线上预习准备-线下规范教学、考核-课后线上完成作业、调查问卷巩固教学效果的模式教学。在这种新的医学教学模式下,围绕着病史采集技巧、查体方法、临床思维培训、规范诊治,以求利用多种教学手段,启发、引导、培养学生临床技能。并利用QQ群功能确保每位学生考核过关,同时了解学生的难点、提高学动性,也让教师在和学生的交流中不断提高自身带教水平。Rheumatic diseases are a series of diseases which are an important kind of disease in internal medicine.For the heterogeneity of diseases and covering with many knowledge points,rheumatic diseases are difficult to familiar with and master for medical students.However,the teaching content of this kind of disease in undergraduate education is limited,and the teaching of history collection skills,physical examination methods,clinical thinking training and standardized diagnosis and treatment is not enough,which cannot deeply improve clinical thinking ability.Based on the QQ group network platform,online and offline combined teaching was carried out.Through the QQ group network platform,the teaching model of online preview preparation-offline standard teaching and assessment-online completion of homework after class,and questionnaire to consolidate the teaching effect was realized.In this new teaching mode,launching around medical history collection skills,physical examination methods,clinical thinking training,standardized diagnosis and treatment,in order to inspire,guide and train students'clinical skills.By the QQ group network platform,in order to ensure that each student masters clinical skills,understands the difficulties of rheumatic diseases and improves enthusiasm in learning.At the same time,the teachers can continuously improve their teaching level in communication with students.
