摘　　要：粮油是生活的必需品,保障粮油食品安全就是保障居民的身体安全,粮油食品检测的重要性不言而喻。本文阐述了粮油检测在监督粮油食品安全中的作用,围绕检测重复性较高、问题导向性薄弱分析了粮油检测在监督粮油食品安全中存在的问题,提出了解决对策。Grain and oil is a necessity of life.To ensure the safety of grain,oil and food is to ensure the physical safety of residents.The importance of grain,oil and food testing is self-evident.This paper expounds the role of grain and oil testing in the supervision of grain and oil food safety,analyzes the problems of grain and oil testing in the supervision of grain,oil and food safety around the high detection repetition and weak problem orientation,and puts forward the countermeasures.
