种曲局部偏湿原因分析与解决方案

摘  要:对种曲局部偏湿问题开展了研究分析,明确种曲局部偏湿的原因,针对不同位置种曲偏湿问题分别设定水雾过滤、阻断水雾进入途径的解决方案并进行试验验证。结果表明,采用试验方案能够彻底解决系列种曲局部偏湿的问题,且培养所得种曲的干基孢子数均可达到100亿个/g以上,可节约麸皮原料约15%,单机种曲产能可提升15%,并节约铲除偏湿种曲所花费的人工成本等,从而提高产能与效率、降低单位能耗而大大节约企业的生产成本。The problem of partial humidity of seed koji was studied and analyzed,the cause of partial humidity of the seed koji was clarified,the solutions of water mist filtration and blocking the water mist entry route were set up for the problem of partial humidity of the seed koji in different positions,and experimental verification was carried out.The results showed that the experimental scheme could completely solve the problem of partial humidity of the series of seed koji,and the spore number of dry-based of the seed koji obtained by culture could reach more than 10 billion spores/g,which could save about 15%of bran raw materials and increase the production capacity of single-machine koji by 15%,and save the labor cost of eradicating seed koji of partial humidity,etc,thereby improving production capacity and efficiency,reducing unit energy consumption and greatly saving the production cost of the enterprise.
