摘　　要：学校用餐安全,牵动着千家万户。校外供餐单位的食品安全状况直接关系师生的身体健康和生命安全。食品安全检查是食品安全监管的关键,构建校外供餐单位体系检查机制是保障校外供餐单位食品安全的重要手段。从校外供餐单位食品安全体系检查背景、构建思路、基本框架等方面开展研究与探索,以期为校外供餐单位检查体系的建立、监管新模式的探索提供参考。School food safety affected thousands of families.The food safety condition in outside school catering enterprises is directly related to the health and life safety of teachers and students.Food safety inspection is the key of food safety supervision.System inspection is an important means to ensure the food safety in outside school catering enterprises.The background,construction ideas and basic framework of the food safety system inspection are studied,to provide reference for the establishment of the inspection system and the exploration of a new supervision model in outside school catering enterprises.
