摘 要:2021年全国教育事业发展统计显示,我国义务教育阶段的“大班”治理取得了显著成效。这意味着今后的义务教育改革,需要特别关注影响教育高质量发展的微观要素。通过问卷调查和数据分析,文章梳理了现有班级规模条件下的初中音乐教学现状。研究发现,学生对自身的器乐演奏能力、参加音乐实践经历以及对教师的分组教学存在不满。文章认为,假定学生的态度是该校音乐教学状态的客观反映,那么现有班级规模条件下的初中音乐教学需要特别关注适当的教学方法的运用、器乐技能培养及音乐实践的强化,以此提升音乐教学的质量。Statistics on the development of national education in 2021 show that the"big class"governance in China's compulsory education stage has achieved remarkable results.This means that the reform of compulsory education in the future needs to pay special attention to the micro-elements that affect the high-quality development of education.Through questionnaire survey and data analysis,this paper reviews the current situation of junior middle school music teaching under the condition of current class size.It is found that students are dissatisfied with their own instrumental performance ability,music practice experience and group teaching.The article holds that,assuming that students'attitude is an objective reflection of the state of music teaching in the school,music teaching in junior middle schools under the current class size conditions should pay special attention to the application of appropriate teaching methods,the cultivation of instrumental music skills and the strengthening of music practice,so as to improve the quality of music teaching.
