安徽省高职农科类专业发展现状及建议

摘　　要：在分析安徽省高职院校农科专业发展存在问题及影响因素的基础上,提出建议以促进高职农科专业的发展,激励农业专业人才扎根农村,助推乡村振兴。建议包括:提高社会对农科专业的认同度、完善招生及助学政策、增加基层农技推广人员的招聘规模、逐步完善农业人才的引进和鼓励政策、建立适应农业产业优化升级的专业动态调整机制等。Based on the analysis of the existing problems and influencing factors in the development of agricultural major in higher vocational colleges in Anhui province,this paper puts forward several suggestions to promote the development of agricultural major in higher vocational colleges,encourage agricultural professionals to take root in rural areas,and promote rural revitalization.The suggestions include:improving the social recognition of agricultural majors,improving the enrollment and education policies,increasing the recruitment scale of grass-roots agricultural technology extension personnel,gradually improving the introduction and encouragement policies of agricultural talents,and establishing a dynamic adjustment mechanism to adapt to the optimization and upgrading of agricultural industry.
